Jack FreundOwner - Master Plumber
Jack began working for his father Elmer Freund at Gloeckner-Melville Plumbing at the age of 14. In 1962, Elmer Freund unexpectedly died of cancer. At the young age of 23 Jack earned his master plumbers license and became the owner of Gloeckner-Melville Plumbing. Jack’s 61 years of plumbing knowledge and experience have made him a vital asset to both the company and the community.
Maggie RotherOwner - President - Master Plumber
Maggie joined the plumbing team in 2000. Following in the footsteps of her father, Jack Freund, Maggie chose to pursue a career in plumbing. In 2007 she completed her apprenticeship at Plumber’s and Pipefitters Local 562 and currently holds a journeyman’s plumbing license. Maggie’s understanding of customer’s needs and great communication skills is a valuable asset to our company.
Steve began his work at Gloeckner-Melville as a metal tradesman. Steve’s skills as a mechanic then led him to become both a journeyman, master plumber and drainlayer, as well as an instructor at Plumbers’ and Pipefitters’ Local 562. Steve is highly regarded for his superior plumbing knowledge and excellent customer relations. Steve has worked at Gloeckner-Melville for over 30 years.
Jennifer FritzOffice Administrator - Scheduling, Accounting and Invoicing
Jennifer joined the Gloeckner-Melville team in 2007. Jennifer’s great organizational skills, computer knowledge and outstanding customer service have been a great addition to Gloeckner-Melville. Jennifer received her Bachelor's degree in 2012 from UMSL.
